A cosy, light-hearted drama suitable for the whole family. The film tells the story of a small town on the edge of Loch Ness, and of the hardships being suffered through by the inhabitants, mostly as a result of loss of revenue after the opening of a bypass cost the town the income it took from monster-hunting tourists.
When the village committee receives word that the town is to inherit $50 million from an American tycoon who had visited the village in his youth – and even reported spotting the Loch Ness Monster from its shores – it seems that all of their troubles are over. That is, until the tycoon’s son contests the will, sending a lawyer from Glasgow to contest the will.
The only hope of securing the initial inheritance is for the townsfolk to band together to convince the son of the Monster’s existence, all under the watchful eye of the ‘Hoax Buster,’ a famous YouTube sceptic.
