A joint venture between Melbourne and Geelong’s Channel 31, and Adelaide’s Channel 44, CTV+ features niche content produced by community groups throughout Australia. Also included is a catalogue of ‘CTV Classics,’ with collections of series from Melbourne’s Channel 31’s thirty year history.
Although the programming may cater to specific niche audiences, it is interesting to see the improvements in production quality since each network commenced. Programming includes content for motoring enthusiasts, student groups, music shows, and local wrestling. CTV+ also hosts community programming from community stations in Perth, Sydney and Brisbane.
